I hereby grant permission to The Puparazzi Booth to use photographs and/or video of myself and my pet in any publications, including online and other communications related to the business.

I understand and agree these materials are the property of the photographer (Victoria Doust) who retains the copyright to all images.

I hereby authorise the materials to be edited, altered, copied, exhibited, published and distributed for business purposes. I waive the right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of the photographs.

I understand permission has been granted for me to share and print the digital images I have purchased from the Puparazzi Booth for personal use only. Images may not be used for commercial, editorial or competition purposes. Images may not be altered in any way before printing or sharing on social media.

I understand participation in the above mentioned event could include actions or tasks which might be dangerous or hazardous to me and/or my property. I expressly release the photographer of all claims, damages and liability that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the portrait session. This includes the waiver of any claim that may be a result of negligence.

I understand that as the owner of the animal, I am responsible for their behaviour and actions throughout the session. The Photographer will not be responsible for any injury to the animal, owner or third party during the session.
