Thank you for choosing us to photograph your dog. We want your experience to be relaxed, enjoyable and comfortable. These terms & conditions explain how our sessions work and the terms that apply when you book with us. By making a booking, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these terms & Conditions.

Booking, Payment, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Studio sessions can be booked via email or social media. Only when your retainer has been received is your session secured. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session.

Your retainer is non refundable. However, it may be transferred to another session should you wish to rearrange your photo session, as long as 7 days notice is provided.

If your dog is unwell, please do not bring them to the studio. Contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss the available options with you.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session where we are unable to provide the service due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, equipment failure or another circumstance outside of our control. Where this happens we will work with you to arrange an alternative date as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to increase our studio session prices or offer promotions throughout the year. The cost of your session will remain the price agreed upon when booking.

Your photography Session

Every dog is different and we understand some dogs may need more time, patience and encouragement. We will always do our best to work at your dog’s pace and create a clam and positive experience.

The length of the session is approximate and includes time spent settling your dog, taking breaks and photographing your dog. We cannot guarantee that your dog will perform particular behaviours, poses or expressions, or that any particular photograph will be captured.

The number of usable photographs produced during a session will depend on your dog’s behaviour, cooperation and the circumstances of the session.

The session fee remains payable in full even if your dog is unable to participate, is extremely nervous, or does not behave as expected, and as a result we are unable to produce the number of usable photographs expected. Our fee covers time, preparation, equipment, expertise and the photography session itself, rather than guaranteeing a particular number of photographs.

If we believe continuing the session would cause distress to your dog or present a safety risk to them or anyone else present, we reserve the right to stop the session.

Your dogs safety & Welfare

The dog’s owner or responsible handler must remain present throughout the session and is responsible for their dog’s behaviour and safety.

You must tell us before the session about any safety or behavioural concerns including aggression or biting.

We may refuse or stop a session where we reasonably believe that continuing would put your dog, you, our team or another person at risk.

Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

Your session begins at the time stated in your booking confirmation. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide as much of your session as possible within the remaining time. Session times will not be extended due to other bookings.

Where a client arrives significantly late and we are unable to carry out the session as planned, the booking will be treated as a missed appointment.

Images & Copyright

We select and edit the final photographs in our own style. We do not provide RAW or unedited files and we do not provide every image taken during the session.

Copyright remains with us. Purchased digital images are supplied for personal, non commercial use and must not be sold, altered or used commercially without our written permissions.

We recommend downloading and backing up your digital files once they have been delivered. We can not guarantee that files will remain available indefinitely.

We may use images from your session on our website, social media, advertising and other promotional materials.
